Brief: We were asked to deliver the Digital Out Of Home components for a huge pan-European launch campaign for a suite of new BlackBerry handsets.

Insight: With a complex delivery task at hand, we quickly realised that success here meant the creation of a robust production strategy.

Delivery: With United Studios’ project management input, we lovingly crafted some high-profile campaign pieces. These have now been viewed by millions of commuters, shoppers and sports fans in a wide variety of formats and places, from the small digital escalator panels in Tube stations to the 30-metre Media Wall in Liverpool. The demands of 3D, 2D, massive rendering and final compositing meant we had to put a sturdy production framework in place. This enabled us to successfully hit over 50 individual deadlines, nailing a raft of complex requirements every time.
